FENOPEP - IZOSIN resin systems are innovative no-bake resin systems developed by Çukurova Kimya Endüstrisi. With its easy application and precise surface quality properties, this resin group is highly anticipated in the casting industry. This resin group is defined as a no-bake phenolic urethane resin system. In terms of its chemical design structure, FENOPEP – IZOSIN resin systems consist of three components.

FENOPEP - IZOSIN resins do not require additional heating or gassing for curing process. this resin system allows users to adjust the curing time precisely. Additionally, thanks to its low alkaline content, FENOPEP - IZOSIN system supports the user to ease the sand regeneration process. With these properties, these resin systems are highly used in automotive and machine-production industries.

Hardeners for Phenolic Urethane Resins
SERTER™ PS 800 – PS 900

The curing mechanism of these resins consists of three components: the reaction of FENOPEP (Part I) resin with IZOSIN (Part II) ensures curing, while the SERTER PS (Part III) series controls the curing time. Due to their easily controllable curing times, these resins maximize molding efficiency in semi-automated systems.

Çukurova Kimya FENOPEP resin series are divided into two groups: Balanced and Unbalanced. The “SERTER PS 800” series is used as a catalyst with FENOPEP B resins, while the “SERTER PS 900” series is used with FENOPEP UB resins. “SERTER PS” series are also produced with Çukurova Kimya's precise manufacturing methods, the SERTER PS series helps users achieve the desired reaction time with the highest accuracy.
