Çukurova Kimya Industry has developed hot box resin which designed to give the highest performance for ferrous and non-ferrous casting with more than fourty years of experience.
The eco-friendly hot box resins which convert energy to strength, have minimum gas emission during the core preparation process. Special formulations reduce core waste and the extra workload by shaking out after casting.
Hot box resin systems, always have the highest level of performance, provide to save energy by reducing the core-baking time and curing temperature. The active substances in the hardener minimize the fluctuations that may occur in strength performance and prevent casting defects due to core strength.
In the new generation hot box hardeners, nitrogenous or non-nitrogenous polyphenolic formaldehyde scavengers are activated and minimized gas emission that may occur during core baking.
