TERMOSET™
The brand registered hot box TERMOSET™ resins are developed to produce radiator and boiler cores with Çukurova Kimya's more than fourty years of experience. The core production method based on hot box working principle allows gas evacuation from the middle area of the thin-walled and grift radiator cores. Thus, prevents gas defects that may occur in the production of thin and long parts such as radiators and casting boilers, etc.

These resins are used with hardener and special additives. Tunnel furnaces are required in these systems. Cores are gradually heated to 200 – 250 °C and 5 – 15 minutes in tunnel furnaces.
