Tundish resins are binders that have all the features demanded the production of tundish plates for steelworks. It provides high binding even at low amounts by being compatible with all sizes and types of refractory blends (magnesite and silica, etc.).
It can be easily molded with the optimum green strength. The phenolic resin, which is cured in accordance with the oven regimes, allows the production of the highest performance tundish plate with a high char content.
Tundish resins allow the user to work for hours with minimum emission and maximum usage time. There is no strength oscillation observed after baking within 24 hours sand working period.
